I painted this in the depths of winter to remind myself that there are adventures yet to come. There is sunshine aplenty arriving soon and days spent in the great outdoors are rarely wasted with wide open vistas and paths to walk.

I’ve used lots of oil paint and bold brushstrokes to convey the richness of the view.

Materials: Oil paints on stretched canvas measuring 20 x 50 x 1.7 cm (8” x 20” x 0.75”) . Paint extends round the sides , so you can frame it or hang it as it is.

Packed carefully in a cardboard box and sent via Royal Mail to arrive in the best possible condition.
