Lavender Escape
We drove home from the seaside past fields of lavender. The traffic going to the coast was solid for miles and miles! But we just sailed by on our way inland. I was sad to be going home but was there actually any room left on the coast for anyone else? It was hot and the garden needed watering. I painted this little oil in my studio of the purpleness I saw from the car window listening to Radio 2.

All artwork is securely packed. To save the planet I sometimes use recycled packaging.
