Subject : Salt Marsh Reeds at Blakeney, Norfolk.
Materials: Oil paints on board in a white frame.
Dimensions: 35 x 28 cm unframed. 43 x 36 cm framed.
There’s a little walk, or if I was being energetic I could call it a hike, that I do whenever I go to Blakeney. It’s through a National Trust area called Friary Hill and it’s never very busy. These reeds are at the bottom of the hill leading out to the sea. They seem to curl over, bent by the wind and make a beautiful shape. I’ve used thick paint and simple shapes to capture the beauty of the scene.
Shipping:
My usual shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays, and I usually ship on the next shipping day. But if you're in a hurry I will do my best to hurry up the process.
I send by Royal Mail First Class for UK shipping, and International Standard shipping for everywhere else.
I use Royal Mail and sometimes UPS for larger works.
Larger paintings are tracked and insured.
All artwork is securely packed. To save the planet I sometimes use recycled packaging.
