Something may happen!

Whenever I see a beautiful sight my mind jumps to old films where the most momentous things happen to the backdrop of beautiful scenery.

I’ve used oil paint on a gesso board.

I've left it unframed but it will slip seamlessly into a 7" x 5" (17.5 x 12.5 cm) photo frame. Or you could just prop it up on a shelf in a contemporary sort of way!

I think there's something quite satisfying about a small oil painting.

They can brighten up a small corner, make beautiful gifts and they are a wonderful way of getting into collecting original art.
